Church for all ages

Whatever your age and stage of life we hope you will find a warm welcome at St Anne’s. We offer a range of services and worship events so we hope that there will be at least one of them where you and your friends and family will feel at home.

In the months ahead St Annes is exploring new more informal patterns of worship, making our services more straightforward for everyone.

We’re especially keen to let everyone to know about our new ‘Cafe Church’ which will run on the 3rd Sunday of each month at 10.15am. Our first Cafe Church will be on Sunday 17 September and we’d love it if you can join in. With informal seating and relaxed atmosphere it could be a lovely way to step into your Sunday. There will be something for everyone and as well as the breakfast snacks and drinks, there will be chance to chat, sing, and pray in a variety of ways. There’ll be some table activities for children and adults and we really hope that we will sense God meeting with us as we gather.

On the first Sunday of each month we have our All Age Sunday Special at 4pm. A short, informal service with songs and prayers with a lively talk and activities for children. There is normally a light touch to the service and it lasts about 45 minutes, followed by drinks. It could be just what your Sunday is looking for…?
